Using medical imaging-based 3D modeling and micro-manufacturing techniques, APIL develops procedural simulators and phantoms customized to specific curriculum designs and learning objectives. Simulators are developed in collaboration with educators from across the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Toronto and beyond. Current projects include:
